


Course 1 - Foundations
A 6-week course combining mobility exercises and techniques with yoga postures. It is open to all bodies, allowing you to find release and reclaim your range of motion and energy flow.
This course is for everyone, whether you’re seeking more understanding of muscle awareness or want to decompress and connect body and mind. Each week we will focus on a different body part or movement, but expect a full body experience from each class.
The course will progressively become more active so you can grow into each week organically. If you already have decent control over movements then the course can be used as individual classes depending on your wants.
