(90 mins) Recorded Saturday 13th June 2020. It will touch on all the principles of a mobility practice. This field is pretty substantial so it will be delivered in bite sized manageable pieces. I'm passionate about sharing the benefits of a mobility practice and how it complements and supports my first love YOGA asana. I find that a lot of our yoga postures hit the ranges of motion we don't regularly use on a normal day. So conditioning the body with regular mobile practice builds layers of strength in our joint capsules allowing us to MOVE BETTER AND WITH CONTROL. Suggested props that we may use during practice are 2 blocks, a strap and a small ball.
